:”That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of India for the services of the financial year 2004-2005 for the purposes of Railways

MR. SPEAKER: The hon. Minister may move for consideration of the Bill.

” कि रेलों के प्रयोजनार्थ वित्तीय वर्ष २००४-२००५ की सेवाओं के लिए भारत की संचित नधि में से कतिपय और राशियों के संदाय और वनियोग को प्राधिकृत करने वाले विधेयक पर विचार किया जाए। ”

MR. SPEAKER: The question is:

“That the Bill to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of India for the services of the financial year 2004-2005 for the purposes of Railways, be taken into consideration.”

The motion was adopted. Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-2 dated 15.3.05 ** Introduced with the Recommendation of the President MR. SPEAKER: Now, the House will take up clause by clause consideration of the Bill. The question is:”That clauses 2 and 3 stand part of the Bill. “The motion was adopted.Clauses 2 and 3 were added to the Bill.The Schedule was added to the Bill.Clause 1, the Enacting Formula and the Long Title were added to the Bill.

MR. SPEAKER: The hon. Minister may now move that the Bill the passed.
