श्री हंसराज गं. अहीर (चन्द्रपुर):    सभापति महोदय, मैं प्रस्ताव करता हूं कि जनजातीय व्यक्तियों तथा अन्य व्यक्तियों, जो वन उपज पर आश्रित हैं, को जीविका उपार्जित करने का अधिकार और उससे संबंधित अथवा उसके आनुषंगिक विषयों का उपबंध करने वाले विधेयक को पुरःस्थापित करने की अनुमति दी जाए।

MR. CHAIRMAN (SHRI FRANCISCO COSME SARDINHA): The question is:

“That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to provide for right to earn livelihood to the tribals and other persons who are dependant on forest produce and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.”

The motion was adopted.
