(PURULIA): Sir, I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to provide for assistance to political parties and their candidates by the Central Government for ensuring their effective functioning and for promoting sound democratic polity and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
MR. DEPUTY-SPEAKER: The question is:
