THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (SHRI S. REGUPATHY): Sir, on behalf of Shri Shivraj V. Patil, I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to repeal the Punjab General Sales Tax Act, 1948, as in force in the Union Territory of Chandigarh.
