Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that draft has not been
deposited within time in compliance of the order dated 14.5.2010
because applicant is poor person hence he could not arrange the
amount. He further submitted that he has received the draft hence a
week’s further time may be allowed to deposit the aforesaid draft in
compliance of the order dated 14.5.2010.

A week’s further time is granted to deposit the draft in compliance of
the order dated 14.5.2010.

Accordingly, application stands disposed off.
