Advocate Ms.Banna S.Datta for the petitioner.

2. Learned
Advocate for the petitioner vehemently submitted that the Tribunal
has committed en error in dismissing Appeal No.201 of 2007 filed by
the petitioner by judgment and order dated 28.04.2010, whereby the
Tribunal refused to interfere with the orders passed by the authority
dated 18.01.2007 and 19.03.2007.

3. Despite her
vehemence and strenuous submissions, she could not convince this
Court that the matter requires any interference at the hands of this
Court. Hence, the petition fails and the same is dismissed.
