ORDER
This
petition was at Sr.No.1 and this Court heard the learned advocate
appearing on behalf of the petitioners. This Court was to dismiss
the petition on merits, however, it was also pointed out that how
for two reliefs one petition is maintainable.
The
learned
advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners
submitted that he would file another one page petition and at his
request the matter was kept at 2.30 p.m.
That
thereafter in the second session, the petition
was called out twice. On both the occasions the learned
advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners is
absent, Hence, dismissed for non-prosecution.
