It is informed by learned counsel that in the similar matter i.e. crl. misc. writ
petition no. 3399 of 2004 the following order has been passed by this court:

“Unless the petitioner is wanted by the police for any kind of enquiry or
investigation, he should not be called to the police station or to harass in any
manner.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.”
