Heard learned
advocate Ms.Niyati K. Shah for the petitioner. The learned advocate
for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is serving in
Radhanpur Nagarpalika for the last 30 years. She further submitted
that this is the sole occasion/ chance for one to get promotion in
service of 30 years. The learned advocate invited attention of the
Court to the fact that the petitioner did represent his case before
the Chief Officer, Radhanpur Nagarpalika on 13th July 2010
and 23rd July 2010, but the Chief Officer did not think it
fit to reply to the said representation. It is conveyed that
interviews are already in progress which have commenced from 3rd
September 2010 and are to continue upto 9th September
2010.
2. NOTICE
returnable on 7th September 2010. It will be open for the
petitioner to effect direct service by fax, if any, in addition to
the regular mode of service, at the petitioner’s cost. A copy of
this petition be given to the learned advocate Mr.Deepak Sanchela,
who normally appears for Radhanpur Nagarpalika. Direct service is
permitted today.
