Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer to issue a suitable direction
to the Special C.J.M. Meerut to decide the discharge application in
complaint case no. 4968/9 of 2007.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the
applicant, and the learned A.G.A. it is directed that in case discharge
application is pending, the same shall be heard and disposed of
expeditiously in accordance with the provisions of law provided the
proceedings are not stayed by any other court.
With this direction this application is finally disposed of.
