                                 J U D G M E N T

The issue raised in the writ petition pertains to dispute

on the caste/community status of the petitioner. It is seen that

pursuant to interim order, certificate has been issued. In the

above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of making it

clear that in case the competent authority still entertains any

doubt as to the caste status of the petitioner, it will be open to

such authority to conduct necessary enquiry and take appropriate

action in the matter, needless to say, with notice to the petitioner.
