Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of
the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ
of Mandamus forbearing the respondents or any authorities
acting under them from in any way interfering with the
petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the
property situate in Tiruvannamalai Town, 4th Ward, Block
No.28, T.S.No.1764/24, Plot No.34, South of 30 ft. road,
North of Plot No.52, East of the house built in Poramboke,
West of Plot No.35 in between measuring East-West 30 ft. on
the Northern side, 42 ft on the Southern side, North-South
53 ft. on the Western side (with triangular measurement of
22 ft. on the West) and 60 ft. on the Eastern side totally
measuring 2630 sq.ft. Vacant site with basement.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the
