1. On
the last occasion, i.e. on 08/08/2011 learned Assistant Government
Pleader produced Government Resolution bearing No.162008/3069/A.1
dated 05/08/2011. In view of the said Resolution, as the grievance
of all the petitioners, except two stands redressed, learned Advocate
for the applicant, Mr.Gandhi has instructions not to press this
application.
2. Learned
Advocate, Mr.Gandhi, for the applicants submitted that applicants /
org. petitioners have something to say with regard to clause No.7 of
the said GR and for that applicants/ org. petitioners be permitted to
make representation and the said representation may be considered
sympathetically and at par with other persons. Request is granted.
Order accordingly. Application is disposed of as not pressed.
