Heard learned AGA and perused the record.
The present criminal misc. bail application has been filed with the
prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.155 of 2009,
under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention)
Act, P.S. Mataundh, District Banda.
Learned AGA submitted that applicant has been challaned under the
Gangster Act and there are 15 cases against the applicant.
In view of aforesaid facts, without expressing any opinion on merit, it is
not a fit case for bail at this stage. Accordingly, the application for bail
is rejected.
However, the trial court is expected to conclude the trial as
expeditiously as possible without unreasonable delay and unnecessary
adjournment.
