Shanker Misra learned Standing Counsel, who prays for and is granted four
weeks time to file counter affidavit. Two weeks’ time thereafter is allowed to
the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.

List thereafter.

Till the next date of listing, the petitioner shall not be compelled to deposit
the SBBL Gun no. 200710 before the Station House Officer, Police-station
Paraspur, District Gonda in pursuance of the impugned orders which are
under challenged in the present writ petition .
