Magistrate, Muzaffarpur was directed to appear before
this Court in person for not responding to the
information given to him for filing of the show cause in
this contempt application.
An explanation has been given in the show
cause filed on behalf of the District Magistrate,
Muzaffarpur that action was taken by him for directing
for an enquiry on 19.07.2009 and thereafter he has
passed an order restoring the original Mutation No. 117.
The explanation given by the District
Magistrate, Muzaffarpur is accepted and his presence is
hereby dispensed with.
