For the reasons disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of impleadment
application, cause shown is sufficient cause, consequently, impleadment
application is allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to
implead Ramesh Chandra as respondent no. 4 in the array of the respondent,
during the course of the day.
