            This is a continuation of this Commission dated 25.09.09 vide which
notice was issued to Shri L.R.Gupta, Dy. Director(Admn.) to show cause why action
should not be taken against him for not responding to the RTI application within the
prescribed time frame.

2.       The matter was heard on 03.11.09. Shri. L.R.Gupta is present. Appellant is
not present. Shri Gupta submits a written representation dated 03.11.09 stating that
the requisite information has since been provided to the appellant. He also deeply
regrets the delay in supplying the information.

                                         DECISION

3.     Shri L.R.Gupta, Dy. Director(Admn.) CPWD, New Delhi, is hereby
cautioned to be careful in the future. The matter is closed.
