appellants, three weeks time is granted to remove the defect no.9.

So far defect no.3 is concerned, learned counsel for the appellants

submitted that he has mentioned correct address of the appellant

as well as respondent no.4. Therefore, the address provided in the

memo of appeal is accepted.
