Heard learned counsel for revisionists and perused the record.
Admit on the question of sentence only.
It is brought to my notice that revisionists are in jail for more than
one year, one month and they were also in jail for 3-4 months after
lodging of first information report.
It is also submitted that half of fine has already been deposited.
Considering facts and circumstances of the case, let revisionists
Jagdish Singh and Govind Singh sons of Ram Preet Singh who
have been convicted in criminal case no.940 of 2003, criminal
appeal no.7 of 2005 arising out of case crime no.14 of 1999 under
Section 326 I.P.C. Police Station Kaptan Ganj, District
Kushinagar, be released on bail on their executing a personal bond
and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the
satisfaction of the court concerned.
During pendency of revision, realization of remaining half of fine
shall remain stayed.
