Heard
learned advocate Mr. LS Gogia on behalf of petitioner, learned AGP
Mr. Amit Patel appearing for District Education Officer.
The
petitioner has made detailed representation to respondent no. 1 and
2 but no response is given by either of respondent in respect to
representation made by petitioner.
Therefore,
it is directed to District Education Officer, near Gujarat College,
Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad and Principal of H. B. K. New High School,
Memnagar, Ahmedabad to consider representation made by petitioner
and then to pass appropriate reasoned order in accordance with rules
and regulation within a period of fifteen days from date of
receiving copy of present order and communicate decision to
petitioner immediately.
In
view of above observation and direction, present petition is
disposed of by this Court without expressing any opinion on merits.
