ORAL ORDER

Mr.

Tolia submits that the petitioner has completed the course from
institute which meet with the requirements specified in the first
part of sub-clause (2) of clause 2 mentioned in the advertisement and
yet the petitioner has not received the interview letter. He
submitted that as per the information of the petitioner, the
interviews are scheduled to take place on 8th, 9th
and probably on 11th January, 2010 and the appointments
may be finalized. Hence, Notice returnable on 11th
January, 2010.
