It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that in this case the other
co-accused Om Veer the proceedings have been stayed by another bench of
this court on 26.4.2010 in Criminal Misc. Application No. 14607 of 2010.
The same order may be passed in the present case also.

Learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted four weeks time to file counter
affidavit.
Issue notice to O.P. No. 2 returnable within four weeks.
Considering the facts, it is directed that the further proceedings of criminal
case No. 147 of 2010 under section 364, 342, 323, 420, 467, 468, 506, 120-B
IPC pending in the court of A.C.J.M.-III, Gautambudh Nagar shall remain
stayed till the next date of listing.
List after four weeks for orders.
