Heard learned counsel for the applicant and AGA for the State and also
perused the record.
On the basis of one case, the applicant Jahid has been made accused in
present case under U.P. Gangsters Act. The applicant is on bail in that case.
This fact is not disputed by AGA.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in earlier case
also, the applicant was falsely roped.
Since the applicant has been granted bail in the sole case, hence he
may be granted bail in this case also now.
Let the applicant Jahid s/o Sahid be released on bail in Case Crime No
296 of 2009, under section 2/3 U.P. Gangster & Anti Social Activities
(Prevention) Act 1986, P.S. Aheer District Baghpat on his executing a
personal bond for Rs. 25,000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like
amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
