02. 24.03.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for

the offences under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian

Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioner is named in the

confessional statement of the co-accused who was

arrested right after the dacoity, I am not inclined to grant

bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
