5 17.10.2011 A counter affidavit has been filed by the Jail

Superintendent, Jehanabad in which it has been stated that the records

regarding the petitioner are not available although the photo copy of

discharge of prisoners lodged in Jehanabad Sub-jail have been

annexed with the affidavit.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he requires certain

time to verify the statements made in the counter affidavit.

List this case after one week retaining its position.
