Petitioner before this Court has prayed for payment of

Paustik Ahar Bhatta at the rate of Rs. 200/- per month. A

counter affidavit has been filed stating therein the petitioner

is not entitled to any such bhatta, which is payable to the

employees of the Police Department only.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
