It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned
counsel for the opposite party no.2 that some talks of conciliation are going
on between the husband and wife and the matter may be taken up after 15
days.

Accordingly, list on 21.01.2010 before appropriate Court, on which date,
applicants no.1 and 5 namely, Jai Prakash and Munna Singh respectively and
opposite party no.2, namely Anju Verma, shall remain present in the Court,
pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 21.10.2009.

Interim order, if any, granted earlier shall remain operative till the next date of
listing.
