The allegation against the petitioner is that he had filed a

completely wrong and false case by imputing maliciously wrong

allegation.

The contention of the petitioner is that he had filed a

protest petition and the police had wrongly reported the prosecution

false.

In the facts and circumstances, let petitioner Jai Ram

Singh alias Tinku Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

of Rs.10000/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram

(Darigaon) P.S. Case no. 653 of 2010.
