Hon'ble Rajiv Sharma,J.

By means of the order dated 29.7.2010, learned Standing Counsel was
directed to seek instructions in the matter.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has not received the instructions till
date. He prays for and is accorded four weeks further time to seek
instructions or to file counter affidavit.

List thereafter along with writ petition No. 4286 of 2009 (SS), as prayed by
learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Till further orders of this Court, the operation and implementation of the
orders dated 21.7.2009 and 15.7.2010 issued by the opposite party Nos.2 and
3 as contained in Annexure Nos. 1, 2 and 3, respectively, to the writ petition
shall remain stayed.
