Today Sri S.G. Husnain, Learned Additional Advocate General
has filed supplementary counter affidavit along with stay vacation
application. The same is taken on record.
Sri Shailendra Advocate, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed
for and is granted two weeks’ time to file reply to the aforesaid
supplementary counter affidavit.
Learned Additional Advocate General has insisted for vacating the
interim order granted earlier by this Court, whereupon learned
counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the copy of
supplementary counter affidavit along with stay vacation
application has been served upon him today, therefore, unless he is
permitted to file reply of the same, further hearing on stay vacation
application or on the writ petition itself is not possible.
Accordingly, interim order granted earlier by this Court is
extended till the next date of listing.
List on 25.08.2010 before us for further hearing.
