02. 05.08.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and
learned counsel for the State.
The only material against petitioners is
confession made by co-accused though that is followed by
their having criminal antecedent, but remained in custody
since 09.12.2010.
Accordingly, let the above named petitioners be
released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to
the satisfaction of the 6th Additional Sessions Judge, East
Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sessions Trial
No.228 of 2011 arising out of Madhuban P. S. Case No.56 of
2001.
