03 11-02-2011 Today again on call, none appeared on behalf of the

petitioner either to press this petition or to make a prayer for

adjournment .Yesterday (i.e. on 10.2.2011) also none had

appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the

Respondents is present.

The petition stands rejected due to non-prosecution.
