Hon'ble Sibghat Ullah Khan,J.

An interesting question is involved in this case,
which is to the effect as to whether post-
graduate (Parasnatak) means master’s degree
or any degree, which is obtained after qualifying
a course minimum qualification for admission in
which is graduation. Petitioner was given
admission in Ph.D. for which the requirement
was that in post-graduate course candidate
should have secured at least 55% marks.
Petitioner had 48% marks in M.Sc., however
70% marks in M.Phil. The question is whether
degree of M.Phil. should be treated to be post-
graduate degree or not. Learned counsel shall
bring dictionaries and relevant calender/
ordinance/ regulation/ statute of the university
on the next date.

List before appropriate court in the next cause
list. The case shall not be treated to be tied up
or part heard with me.
