02. 28.04.2011 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case
registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C/
On recovery of the dead body of the son of the
informant, the case was lodged. Subsequently suspicion
has been raised against one Satish Singh who took some
money from deceased and subsequently threatened also.
The other suspicion has been raised against Jyoti
Kumari, the daughter of the Yogeshwar Singh with whom
the deceased had some soft relationship. Suspicion has
been raised against the paternal uncle of the said Jyoti
Kumari who also gave the threat to the victim. Petitioner
happens to be one of the paternal uncle of the said Jyoti
Kumari.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.
Subsequently a protest petition was filed in which name
of all the accused persons were disclosed but this
petitioner was not named in protest also. It is further
submitted that petitioner is sought to be implicated since
petitioner is a lawyer against the neighbour of the
informant.
Considering the suspicious nature of accusation,

let the petitioner namely Janardan Pd.Singh @ Janardan
Singh, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be
released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of
Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniapur
P.S. Case No. 174 of 2009.
