ORDER

Heard Mr.Tattvam
Patel, ld.advocate for the appellants- applicants. In this
matter, the notice issued to the respondent No.7 returned unserved
for want of correct address. Mr.Tattvam Patel, ld.advocate for the
appellants-applicants states that the respondent No.7 is only
proforma defendant in the original suit and the application under
Order 7 Rule 11 of the CPC was filed only by respondent No.6. He,
therefore, seeks permission to delete respondent No.7 in the appeal
as well as in the civil application. Permission to delete respondent
No.7 is granted, as prayed. S.O to 19.4.2011.
