                          J U D G M E N T

Petitioners are aggrieved since no separate quota is

provided for selection of outstanding Sportsmen/women from the

category of Wrestling despite inclusion of Wrestling as an item in

Exhibit P32. Petitioners approached this Court when selection

was being conducted during 2004. Now that the selection has

already been completed, this writ petition is disposed of directing

the first respondent to consider the grievance raised by the

petitioners in this writ petition before the next selection is made.
