1. This
is an application praying for restoration of First Appeal No.6918 of
1999.

2. Having
gone through the contents of the application and having heard Mr.
Amit Nanavati learned advocate for the applicants, it appears that
the learned advocate was prevented by valid reasons from appearing
when the matter was called out. Hence, order dated 6th
February, 2007 is recalled and the appeal is restored to file for
final disposal on merits.
