Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for the
State.
I have perused gang chart. Applicant is alleged to be involved in
two cases. However, he is on bail in both cases. Copies of bail
orders are annexed as annexure nos.3 and 4 to the affidavit filed in
support of bail application.
Taking into consideration facts and circumstances of the case,
without expressing any opinion on merits, bail application is
allowed.
Let applicant Javed son of Abdul Rasheed involved in case crime
no. 209 of 2010 under Section 2/3 of U.P Gangster Act, Police
Station Civil Lines, District Aligarh, be released on bail on his
executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the
like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
