petitioners wherein it is mentioned that the parties have amicably settled their
dispute pursuant to hearing before the mediation centre. There is still no
report of mediation centre.

State also filed counter affidavit.

List in the week commencing 9.8.2010. The mediation centre may send its
final report by then.

The interim order granted earlier to continue till then.
