On consideration of the interlocutory

application and the period for which the appellant has

remained in custody i.e. more than five years, his

prayer for bail is allowed. Let the appellant Jawahar

Mali be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court i.e.

Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.II,

Lakhisarai in Sessions Case No. 476 of 1985/754/2005.

Realization of fine shall remain stayed.
