Petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 395 and

414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly

situated co-accused have already been granted bail.

In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is directed

to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five

thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction

of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj

P.S. case no. 142 of 2009.
