2 28.7.2011 This application has been filed for quashing the order,

dated 10.6.2008 passed in Sahar PS Case No. 20/2004 by the

Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ara.

No body appears for the petitioner to prosecution this

case. The impugned order is of the year 2008 and might have

become infructuous.

In any view of the matter the questions that have been

raised by the petitioner can be considered during the trial.

This application is dismissed.
