                          J U D G M E N T

Though this writ petition was filed way back on 19/6/2007

challenging Ext.P2 order dated 29/5/2007, the case is coming up

for admission today for the first time after 23/7/2007.

2. Ext.P2 is an order levying fine on the petitioner for the

irregularities in the conduct of LPG distributorship. I do not think

at this distance of time for this Court to entertain any challenge

against the said order.

Writ petition fails and is dismissed.
