                          J U D G M E N T

the learned Government Pleader hands over a copy of the order

passed pursuant to Annexure A1 judgment to the learned counsel for

the petitioner. In the above circumstances, if the order so passed is

adverse to the petitioner, the petitioner may challenge the same

appropriately. Without prejudice to that right of the petitioner, this

contempt case is closed.
