ORDER

Heard
Mr. Pardiwala learned advocate for opponent Nos. 3/2/1, 3/2/2, 3/2/3,
3/2/4 and Mr. Shah learned advocate for opponent No. 4.

Rule.

The
applicant has stated in the application that upon inquiry (made after
the applicant came to know that the process issued by this Court
could not be served qua opponent Nos. 1 and 2) that the opponent Nos.
1 and 2 are at present residing at the address mentioned in the cause
title of present application, the applicant has, therefore, prayed
for fresh notice qua opponent Nos. 1 and 2 which may be issued at the
present address (of the said two opponents) which is mentioned in the
para 2(A) in the cause title of the present application.

The
office will issue fresh notice qua opponent Nos. 1 and 2 at the
address mentioned in paragraph 2(A) of the application.

The
relief prayed for in paragraph 2(A) is granted. The application is
allowed in terms of paragraph 2(A). Rule is made absolute to the
aforesaid extent.
