J U D G M E N T
Exts. P1, P2 and P3 are the applications made by the
petitioners seeking revaluation.
2. In so far as 1st and 2nd petitioners are concerned, they
are seeking revaluation of one of their answer papers in the IIIrd
semester and the 3rd petitioner is seeking revaluation of the Vth
Semester, B.Tech Degree Course. The common complaint of the
petitioners is regarding the delay in completing the revaluation
applied for by them.
3. I heard the counsel for the petitioners and the
respondents.
4. Taking into account the submissions made as above
and also the pleadings in the case, I dispose of this writ petition
directing that the respondents shall complete the process of

revaluation and declare the results, as expeditiously as possible,
at any rate within 6 weeks of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Petitioners shall produce copy of this judgment before the
respondents for compliance.
