Heard
Dr.Sonia Hurra, learned counsel for the applicant.

Without
entering into the merits of the application, the Court issues notice
to the opponent nos. 1,2,3, 4 and 17, returnable on 5th
September, 2008. Mr. Jagdish Yadav, learned counsel waives service of
notice on behalf of opponent no.1, Mr. R.S. Sanjanwala, learned
counsel waives service of notice on behalf of opponent no.3 and Mr.
Vasavda, learned counsel waives service of notice on behalf of
opponent no.17.

In
the meanwhile, if opponent no.17 is able to obtain any orders as
submitted by Mr. Vasavada today, then, such orders may also be
produced by opponent no.17. If the applicant fails, then, the
application shall be dealt with accordingly.
