                                JUDGMENT

Joseph, J.

These appeals arise from the decree in O.S. No. 65 of 2005 on

the file of the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor. The appellants

are respondents in the said case. During the pendency of the appeals,

the parties were referred for mediation and a settlement has been

arrived at. Copy of the settlement is produced before us. We take on

record the settlement and dispose of the appeals in terms of the

settlement.
