                          J U D G M E N T

Sri. M.C.John, the learned standing counsel appearing for

the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not desirous of

prosecuting this writ petition for the reason that he has moved the

Forest Tribunal and obtained an order in his favour. In the light of

the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with

the observation that the rights of parties will stand governed by the

decision of the Forest Tribunal and in the appeal if any filed

therefrom.
